The Seller must advise the Buyer that whether or not electrical safety switch has been installed. If there is no safety  switch in the house, the Buyer must install it within 90 days (3 month) of settlement in accordance with Electrical Safety Regulation 2013 (Qld) s84(c).

Remember! Failure to install a smoke alarm is an offence !!
